Se trata de la destilación del Hollejo fermentado de uvas Palomino y Garnacha Blanca. Y el llamado sombrero de fermentación de éste Cava. Todo ese material se deshidrata y posteriormente se destila para obtener este peculiar aceite esencial. Con abundantes y estridentes aromas vÍnicos alcohólicos, notas profundas afrutadas que recuerdan manzanas verdes, peras y pasturas fermentadas de invierno con toques de levaduras. Es uno de los mejores materiales para construir perfumes que evoquen vinos espumantes como Cava y Champagne.

    Muy sorprendido con esta esencia, que por cierto es totalmente natural. Huele a cava sí pero es mucho más compleja, tiene un fondo animalico fascinante.

    My perfume has notes of alcohol, and this scent together with the bergamot, ginger and pineapple blows your mind... incredible...
