Se trata del aceite esencial extraído de las hojas del mandarino. En este caso hablamos del típico mandarino español de la especie reticulata. Rústico, noble y de la tierra. Sus matices especiados nos recuerdan a la pimienta blanca, punzante e incisivo. Las notas verdes metálicas y profundas nos acompañan durante todo el recorrido. Las pinceladas de la cáscara de la mandarina se hacen notar, pero no son las protagonistas. Se trata de una esencia difícil de domar, pero cuando le encuentras la vuelta, es fascinante.
