It is the distillation of the fermented skins of white Chardonnay grapes and the so-called fermentation cap of this white wine. All this material is dehydrated and then distilled to obtain this exquisite essential oil. With a marked aroma of fresh dry white wine. It has less olfactory information than Cava, but with more brightness and light.
