Returns and Refunds

If for any of the reasons indicated below you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 15 working days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. (According to art. 44 of the Law 7/1996, of January 15, of January 15 of the Retail Trade Regulation modified by the Law 47/2002, of December 19). To report such return for non-conformity will have 7 working days from the date of delivery of the order. Otherwise the claim will be dismissed.

Ways in which the client can proceed to report a specific problem:

Contact our company through our email info@maeselab.com or by phone at +34 935 16 40 93 within 7 working days of receiving the order, where you will be told how to proceed for the return or solve any problem that is requested with respect to the purchase made.

Conditions for the acceptance of returns at Maese Lab

Maese Lab, by virtue of the provisions of the Retail Trade Law as well as those regulated by Community regulations (Directive 97/7/EC), will not accept returns on sales of goods made specifically for a consumer who requests a customized product.

Maese Lab will only accept the return of the goods if:

1- Within the term established by the Law (7 working days), the buyer exercises its right of resolution. Maese Lab will accept the exercise of this right only and exclusively when the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

2- If the goods are defective, Maese Lab will immediately replace the product with an identical one.

3- Maese Lab will accept the return of goods when the product ordered does not correspond to the one requested by the customer.

4- In the event that once the customer makes the purchase and the product for any reason is not available or it is impossible to serve it, Maese Lab undertakes to refund the amount through the same payment method with which the purchase was made.

In case of controversy or conflict that may arise from the interpretation or fulfillment of these Particular Conditions of Purchase, the same shall be resolved before the Courts and Tribunals of the Province of Barcelona.

Steps to follow when requesting returns and refunds

Request your return via e-mail to info@maeselab.com, within 7 working days from the date you received the order from the courier. Please let us know in the e-mail the order number and the reason for returning the item.

Once we receive your return request, we will contact you to let you know the steps to follow for the return.

Then and always within 5 working days from your request, our courier company will pick up at the same address where the delivery of the order has been made. The transport costs will be paid by the customer. You can also decide to send us a shipment on your own and hiring your own courier to our offices respecting the delivery times and assuming the costs. You must then inform us of this decision.

Prepare the package to be picked up in its original packaging, and make sure that the labels have not been torn off and the item has not been used. The return must meet these conditions to be accepted.

Once we receive the item in our offices and verify that the characteristics of the inspected order match the customer's claim, we will send you an e-mail informing you of the acceptance of the return.

From this date, we will have 30 working days to reimburse you the amount of the purchase, except for the transportation costs, both shipping and return, which will only be refunded in case Maese Lab is responsible for the cause of return of the product; The refund will be made through the payment method you used in the purchase.

If any of these conditions are not met, we will contact you to offer you the option of returning the items that have not been accepted by our department. All the expenses generated by this return, including the transport of these items, will be paid by the customer. If you do not accept this option, Maese Lab will be able to keep the items and their cost.

Defective products: repair and replacement of products

In accordance with articles 120 and following of the Texto Refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios and other complementary laws, in case of delivery of defective product/s, Maese Lab will proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, steps that will be free of charge for the consumer.
