    Inebriating, sweet, aniseed. Reminiscent of clean because of the similarly named and scented fabric softener that we have all smelled at one time or another.

    I had tasted other mimosas and this one is very smooth. It lacks a point of strength for my taste, but still delicious. Herbal, warm, atalcada.
