La Goma Tragacanto es una goma vegetal natural que se extrae como exudado seco del género Astragalus.

¿Para qué se utiliza la Goma Tragacanto?

Este producto tiene múltiples aplicaciones dentro de las formulaciones cosméticas, alimentarias y artísticas:

  • Como gelificante, espesante y agente de suspensión en emulsiones y geles cosméticos.
  • En formulaciones de maquillaje o mascarillas para aportar textura y estabilizar fórmulas.
  • En repostería artística y pastas para modelado (fondant, flores de azúcar), donde ayuda a dar elasticidad y firmeza.
  • Como aditivo alimentario (E413) en salsas, jarabes, productos de confitería, para mejorar la textura y la estabilidad.
